	Store your frozen goods in large quantities and safely: this 2-door negative cabinet offers stable preservation between -18 °C and -22 °C, in gastronorm format, for restaurant kitchens, caterers, and communities.
Large storage capacity: with a volume of 1400 L distributed behind 2 full swing doors, the cabinet accommodates your GN 2/1 (650 x 530 mm) trays and grids on 3 levels. Enough to centralize the frozen stock of a high-volume kitchen in a single piece of furniture.
	Controlled negative freezing: the temperature range of -18 °C to -22 °C ensures regulatory preservation of frozen products. The thermostat with front display, visible on the top panel, allows precise control and quick reading of the temperature.
Homogeneous ventilated cooling: the ventilated refrigeration ensures uniform cold distribution throughout the tank, without hot spots, and a rapid temperature recovery after repeated openings during full service. Cooling power of 815 W.
Stainless steel construction for intensive use: body and finish in AISI 201 stainless steel, easy to clean and suitable for hygiene requirements in a professional environment. The full doors limit cold loss, and the appliance is mounted on wheels to facilitate floor cleaning and repositioning.
