	Large capacity in gastronorm format: with 1400 L of usable volume and 3 levels compatible with GN 2/1 (650 x 530 mm) trays and grids, this cabinet centralizes refrigerated storage for an entire team. The interior space of 1364 x 702 x 1401 mm facilitates organization by zones and stock rotation.
Homogeneous ventilated cooling from -2 to +8 °C: the ventilated cooling distributes the temperature evenly throughout the enclosure and accelerates cooling after opening. The range -2 °C to +8 °C covers the positive preservation of meat, fish, dairy products, and daily preparations, with guaranteed operation up to 40 °C ambient temperature.
	Simple and precise control: the thermostat with digital display on the front allows you to set and control the temperature at a glance, without opening the doors. The interior lighting ensures immediate visibility of stored products, even at the back of the tank.
