This positive refrigerated cabinet with a solid door ensures the daily storage of your fresh food in a professional kitchen, with a sober black finish that fits just as well in the back kitchen as in a visible area.

	Large organized storage capacity: with 376 L of usable volume and 4 levels of storage on grids of 670 x 530 mm, it absorbs the stock of a restaurant, snack bar, or caterer. The interior of 565 x 655 mm facilitates the storage of GN containers and daily preparations.
Controlled positive cooling from 0 to +8 °C: the range of 0 °C to +8 °C covers the preservation of meats, dairy products, fruits, and vegetables while respecting the cold chain. The static cooling preserves humidity and prevents the drying out of unwrapped products.
	Reliable even in a hot kitchen: designed to operate up to 40 °C ambient temperature, it maintains its performance during service. The 228 W unit on a simple 220 V plug and the R600a refrigerant limit consumption and environmental impact.
Full swing door and front regulation: the full door limits cold loss with each opening, and the control panel with display at the top allows you to check the temperature at a glance, without opening the cabinet.
