Designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments, this Refrigerated Ingredient Display Case Series G allows for keeping ingredients fresh, ready to use, and easily accessible. The glass edge ensures maximum hygiene. Perfect for salad bars, delicatessens, raw food establishments, etc. It is a guarantee of reliability and robustness. Moreover, it excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. This display case can hold up to 5 GN 1/4 type containers with a maximum depth of 100 mm.

To prevent any damage during transport, the glass is packed separately flat. Assembling the glass on the refrigerated part is simple by following the user manual instructions. This refrigeration unit is very flexible and will not suffer any performance loss without the glass part. The Polar refrigerated ingredient display case can be placed on a wall shelf if necessary. It is not recommended to mount it directly on the wall to allow optimal ventilation of the unit without obstruction.
