Ideal for catering professionals, this Pastry Oven with Manual Humidifier can hold 4 trays measuring 600 x 400 mm. It is equipped with an auto-reverse function for reversing the turbine's rotation direction. This ensures excellent heat distribution. Additionally, this convection oven with manual humidifier is equipped with a 105-minute timer and a "continuous" function.

To easily remove the trays from the oven, the appliance has a door that opens to 90°. Its large glass opening allows you to easily monitor food and preparations during cooking. For optimal safety, the motor stops when the door is opened. Robust and durable, the cooking chamber is enameled. The door handle, meanwhile, is made of stainless steel.

Furthermore, this professional oven has a thermostat allowing you to adjust the temperature from 50°C to 300°C. It also has two 3.1 kW resistances and two fans.
