Induction Hob - IK 35TC XL

This professional Induction Hob is equipped with a very large glass heating zone, suitable for pots with a maximum diameter of 30 cm.

Sturdy thanks to its stainless steel design, this hob has a power of 3580 W. It detects the presence of the pot when it is placed on its heating zone.

The timer and the touch digital control allow for controlled cooking. Indeed, you can set the cooking time from 1 to 180 minutes, with an adjustment interval of 1 minute / 10 minutes.

In terms of safety, it is equipped with an electronic thermostat and protection to prevent overheating. Moreover, the hob has 10 power levels and a temperature range between 60°C and 240°C. The temperature adjustment interval is 20°C. The duration can be set up to 180 minutes, to the minute.
