Professional Evo Forced Air Oven with Touch Screen - 6 Levels 600 x 400

This Professional Evo Forced Air Oven with Touch Screen is equipped with three cooking modes: convection, steam, and combination. Ideal for bakeries and pastry shops, it has 10 levels that can hold 600 x 400 type trays. Additionally, you can adjust the temperature range from 30°C to 250°C.

Furthermore, this professional oven has a double-glazed door, an LED light, and two reversing motors. It features a timer cooking system as well as 4 automatic washing programs. It also allows you to save 99 programs with 6 phases each. Easy to use, it has a particularly intuitive Touch Screen LCD control panel. Its steam function is automatic. Finally, it includes a USB port and can be connected to wifi.
