This Modular Gas Fryer with a capacity of 10 L is ideal for catering professionals. It is equipped with two very powerful burners that ignite quickly thanks to piezo ignition. Simply press the two ignition and adjustable buttons. Additionally, it is equipped with a basket support with a rear backsplash to facilitate gas evacuation.

On the other hand, it includes an embossed tank with an inclined bottom facilitating draining and eliminating oil residues. Finally, it is equipped with a pilot light ignition control, a drain valve, and a thermocouple.

Delivered with a stainless steel lid.
