Gas Fryer - 4 Burners - Town Gas

This Professional Fryer has a 21 L tank. It is equipped with 2 baskets of L 165 x D 335 x H 150 mm. You can control the temperature from 93 °C to 205 °C. This fryer is equipped with an automatic safety feature.

The professional gas fryers Atosa have an anti-corrosion treatment. They also have a high power. It has 4 powerful burners that allow for a rapid rise in temperature to improve cooking quality and oil absorption.

It is equipped with a 5-liter cold zone. This cold zone will allow you to trap particles and thus extend the usage duration of your oil. Mounted on 4 height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Easy access to the drain pan thanks to a valve with a 35 mm diameter for draining used frying oil.

You can make 40 kg of fries per hour

The regulator and fitting are not provided. Required fitting: 3/4 female - 1/2 male and Regulator: 28 millibars minimum

NB: Use not recommended outdoors.

The injectors are not interchangeable. Please ensure to select the correct gas when ordering. It is mandatory to have the installation done by a professional and to keep the installation certificate for your insurance and warranty.
