This Professional Mandoline with Carriage from the Tellier brand is made in France. Made of stainless steel with its plastic handle carriage, it is very efficient for slicing your vegetables. Indeed, it allows you to quickly make fries or julienne cuts.

It is equipped with two julienne blades, a smooth blade and a waffle blade, to vary the presentation of your vegetables. You can adjust the thickness of the slices to 3 or 10 mm to obtain thin or thick juliennes, matchstick fries, or even Pont-Neuf potatoes.

Furthermore, it has a table edge support ensuring good stability as well as a safety carriage.
