Deep Fryer Cleaner - 5 L

Ideal for catering professionals, this 5 L Deep Fryer Cleaner has a strong decalcifying and degreasing power. It allows for the cleaning of fryers, sauté pans, or any greasy surfaces in general. Effective, it quickly removes carbonized and cooked fats or oxidized oils on all surfaces. Compatible with stainless steel and steel, it does not alter filters.

Furthermore, it is easy to use. Regular use slows down the degradation of frying oils and extends their lifespan. Finally, this product complies with current legislation regarding cleaning products for surfaces that may come into contact with foodstuffs. However, be sure to rinse surfaces that may come into contact with foodstuffs with potable water. Lastly, this professional cleaning product complies with HACCP standards.

INSTRUCTIONS - Use for fryers and sauté pans: Drain the fryer and rinse it with hot water. Remove all aluminum parts. Fill the fryer with cold water. Curative treatment: dilute 40% of Jex Professional Deep Fryer Cleaner in water (1L for a 5L tank). Weekly use: dilute 20% of Jex Professional Deep Fryer Cleaner in water (2L for a 5L tank). Heat the solution to 70°C. Let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the appliance. Drain and rinse thoroughly with clear water. Refill the fryer with oil. Use on greasy surfaces and cooking equipment: Dilute 5% in hot water (0.25 ml for 5L of water). Apply the solution to the surface with a cloth or wet sponge. Scrub and rinse with potable water.
