Ideal for catering professionals, this 160 Red Immersion Blender has two speeds: 8,000 and 13,000 revolutions per minute. Additionally, it is equipped with two buttons allowing for easy and quick speed changes. A true essential, it is both lightweight, manageable, fast, and efficient. 

It can be used in two different ways: as a blender or a cutter. The blender allows you to grind and mix soups, veloutés, and broths directly in the pot. Thanks to it, you can make sauces, mayonnaise, brunoises, pancake batter, and other fruit creams. The cutter, on the other hand, allows you to grind, blend, or chop vegetables, garlic, onions, herbs, nuts, or even meat. It will be your best ally for making shortcrust pastry or bread dough.
