Counter GN 2/3 Rapid Cooling and Freezing Cell - 39 L

This compact rapid cooling and freezing cell can cool and freeze large quantities of food in a minimum amount of time. It can cool from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes. The taste, appearance, and nutritional quality of the food are preserved. Door with 60mm insulation to ensure high thermal efficiency. Removable door seal for easy cleaning.

Food probe included. Polar G-Series refrigeration units are designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a strong commercial construction and robust compressors, choose the G-Series refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that will be frequently opened. The Polar G-Series excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C.
